The steam sterilizer STERILAB with the chamber volume of 25 liters represents the completely new generation of small steam sterilizers destined for laboratories meeting all requirements of operating staff. The steam sterilizer STERILAB offer a wide range of programs and the possibility of modifying them according to individual wishes.

They are suitable for disinfection and sterilization of unwrapped imporous materials and solutions in laboratories. The units can be provided with the function of forced after-cooling of solutions after sterilization. Due to their small dimensions, large sterilization chamber, top quality and wide range of use the units steam sterilizer STERILAB are suitable for use especially at those workplaces, where the top quality, rapidity, reliability and highest safety of sterilization of solutions are required.

The flexible PT 100 sensor and the system of chamber cooling also enable a very effective sterilization of solutions in open or half-closed bottles.

The two-microprocessor control system (Master and Slave) and doubled pressure and temperature sensors create a separated system of sterilization cycle control and recording, securing thereby the highest possible safety, precise regulation and very short times of batch processing.

The system of filling the chamber with steam guarantees an accurate course of regulation and protects the instruments being sterilized.

The touch screen offers the highest comfort of the unit operation and provides you with information on every phase of the actual process. The control software allows the user to set and modify own programs easily.

There is possible to connect a graphical printer or a PC for evaluation, printing and archiving of detailed protocol of each sterilization cycle.

The units STERILAB comply with legal requirements on laboratory devices and EN 554.

Basic design components:

The pressure chamber, the door panel and the steam generator are made of high-quality stainless steel DIN 1.4571, AISI 316 Ti. For the purpose of energy saving and minimizing the heat radiated to the ambient air the chamber is perfectly insulated with an ecological insulating material. Sensors, valves and other important components are manufactured by leading world producers. The unit is provided with a pump for filling the distilled water supply tank and does not require connection to discharge piping.

P1 Solutions - spontaneous cooling-down 121 C / 20 min, sterilization of solutions in open and closed bottles*, flexible temperature sensor PT 100
P2 Agars - cooling-down 121 C/20 min, sterilization of solutions and agars in open bottles, after finishing the controlled cooling-down: automatic tempering of the chamber at 55 - 60 C for 1 hour, controlled cooling-down, flexible temperature sensor PT 100.
P3 Arnold 102 C/ 30 min, sterilization of solutions and agars in open and closed bottles*, sterilization with freely streaming steam, flexible temperature sensor PT 100, spontaneous cooling-down.
P4 Temperature cycle 100/121/60, 121 C/20 min, preprocessing and sterilization of agars 30 min at the absolute pressure of 110 kPa and10min at the absolute pressure of 120 kPa and 20 min at the sterilization temperature of 121 C, after finishing the controlled cooling-down: automatic tempering of the chamber at 55 - 60 C for 1 hour, controlled cooling-down, flexible temperature sensor PT 100.
P5 Unwrapped instruments 134 C / 10 min, sterilization of unwrapped solid imporous items, controlled cooling-down, no use of flexible temperature sensor PT 100.
P6 Decontamination 134 C / 60 min, decontamination program for unwrapped solid imporous items and for solutions, controlled cooling-down, no use of flexible temperature sensor PT 100.
