The steam sterilizer STERIMAT with the chamber volume of 20 liters represents the completely new generation of small steam sterilizer complying, without exception, with requirements of standards (EN 13060 for class B) and of operating staff. The sterilizers STERIMAT are suitable for sterilization of all instruments, materials, textile, rubber and plastics designed to be sterilized by steam in the field of human and veterinary medicine and in laboratories. Due to their small dimensions, top quality and wide range of use the units steam sterilizer STERIMAT are suitable for use at those workplaces , where the top quality, rapidity, reliability and highest sterilization safety are required.

The two-microprocessor system (Master and Slave) and doubled pressure and temperature sensors create a separated system of sterilization cycle control and recording, securing thereby the highest possible safety, precise regulation and very short times of batch processing.

The patented system of filling the chamber with steam guarantees an accurate course of regulation and protects the instruments being sterilized. The elongated chamber enables to sterilize long instruments too.
The touchscreen offers the highest comfort of the unit operation and provides you with information on every phase of the actual process.

There is possible to connect a graphical printer or a PC for evaluation, printing and archiving of detailed protocol of each sterilization cycle.

The steam sterilizer STERIMAT complies, without exception, with requirements of technical and legislative regulations valid in the CZ and EU. The device has the right to use the mark CE0123 for the sale in the EU.

Basic design components:

The pressure chamber, the door panel and the steam generator are made of high-quality stainless steel DIN 1.4571, AISI 316 Ti. For the purpose of energy saving and minimizing the heat radiated to the ambient air the chamber is perfectly insulated with an ecological insulating material. Sensors, valves, the powerful vacuum pump and other important components are manufactured by leading world producers. The unit is provided with a pump for filling the distilled water supply tank and does not require connection to discharge piping.
