VACUUM AUTOCLAVES - IGEA - CBM VACUUM AUTOCLAVES

Small steam-powered Vacuum Autoclaves units are widely used for the sterilization of medical devices and material that comes in contact with blood and other bodily fluids. Vacuum Autoclaves have a wide field of use. Dentists, surgeons, veterinary doctors are some of the main users of small sterilising units. Nowadays steam sterilizing units are also used by non-medical professionals, like tattoo artists, hairdressers and beauticians. Each field of application has its own needs. C.B.M. has developed Vacuum Autoclaves for years in order to meet the various needs of the each user. C.B.M. moreover means respect for European regulations. Our firm was in fact involved in drawing up European regulations on small steam sterilizers (CEN TC102 Wg5).

The presence of air inside the load is the greatest impediment to the achievement of a correct steam sterilization. In fact, in the presence of air, some parts of the load can be subject to much lower temperatures than the sterilization temperature itself. The employment of a mechanic pump before sterilization grants a good air removal from the material to be sterilized.

Absolute safety of the Vacuum Autoclaves

Vacuum Autoclaves EGEA and IGEA la petite assure maximum safety to patients, doctors and operators, since they reach and maintain sterilization parameters indicated by the European working group charged with the drawing up of regulations for small steam sterilizers (CEN TC 102 wg5).
Such parameters are assured by control tests performed according to C.B.M. quality system, certificate ISO 9002, through a microprocessor board, with components that are totally electronic, and through a thermo resistance, effecting a monitoring on the parameters of the cycle which is revised at the tenth of a second.
Moreover, autoclaves with a maximum temperatures oscillation, during the sterilization phase, equal to 6 tenths of C (-O+0,6C) assure the total integrity of instruments and sterilized materials, that could be endangered by higher temperature oscillations.

Printer Personal Computer Teleservice

Autoclaves are equipped with an integrated serial port that, in addition to the connection with the printer or with a normal PC, for the complete certification of the sterilization cycle, allows as well, always through the connection with the PC, a teleservice: that is a distance check system of cycle parameters and components with the possibility of an intervention on the software.

Consumption Maintenance

Auto-diagnosis and automatic monitoring in addition to assure safety, also allow a reduction of electric consumption's and a simplified programmed maintenance.

Technical particulars

The machines are manufactured according to the present quality and regulations standards and prearranged for any future revision that will be indicated by European Equalized Regulations.
