Construction

Each bath consists of a stainless steel tank in an outer case, with heater and overtemperature sensor mounted at the base of the tank, protected by a perforated tray.

Design features

Constant level device maintains the required liquid level, avoiding the need to monitor and top up the bath.
Baths are designed to be placed 'end-on' rather than 'sideways' on the bench for convenient access and observation, and for efficient utilisation of bench space.
The heater is inside the tank, protected by a perforated tray, so that heat is transferred directly to the water in the bath for fast heat up.
A recessed control panel protects the controls from water spillage and accidental alteration.
Stainless steel tanks are corrosion resistant and easy to clean, so the danger of contamination is minimised.
SBBs are robust and reliable, designed to stand up to everyday wear and tear.

Two user-resettable fixed overtemperature cut-outs for confidence that equipment and workplace are protected.
