1200C Split Three Zone Tube Furnacefurnace

1200C Horizontal Split Three Zone Tube Furnace(HZS)
  • Maximum operating temperature tube furnace is 1200C
  • Tube diameters up to 110mm
  • Heated lengths of 600 or 900mm
  • These models utilise three separate resistance wire heating elements semi-embedded in rigidised low thermal mass insulation, a separate ceramic work tube is optional
  • Three control systems balance the power to the heating elements to ensure excellent thermal uniformity
  • Built on the horizontal base pictured left, with a separate control box
  • Applications in instrumentation include testing and calibration of temperature sensors such as thermocouples and PT100's, which require enhanced axial thermal uniformity
  • Applications in materials research include testing of novel materials under strict temperature conditions
  • This range can be supplied with three equal heated lengths, for special applications

1200C Vertical Split Three Zone tube furnace(TVS)furnace

  • Maximum operating temperature of the tube furnace is 1200C
  • Tube diameters up to 110mm
  • Heated lengths of 600 or 900mm
  • These models utilise three separate resistance wire heating elements semi-embedded in rigidised low thermal mass insulation, a separate ceramic work tube is optional
  • Three control systems balance the power to the heating elements to ensure excellent thermal uniformity
  • Built on the vertical stand pictured left, with a separate control box
  • Applications in Instrumentation include testing and calibration of temperature sensors such as thermocouples and PT100's, which require enhanced axial thermal uniformity
  • Applications in materials research include testing of novel materials under strict temperature conditions
  • This range can be supplied with three equal heated lengths, for special applications
