Mesh Belt Conveyor Furnace Mesh Belt Conveyor Furnace - Continuous mesh belt conveyor furnace for annealing of silver sheet under controlled atmosphere conditions
- Unit comprises a 750mm wide inconel mesh belt which transports the sheet through a furnace with a 2000mm long heated zone followed by a 6000mm long cooling zone
- Heated by resistance wire spirals above and below the chamber
- The process gas is hydrogen and both ends of the furnace are fitted with glass fibre curtains and N2
- Gas purging to prevent ingress of air
- The silver sheet loses sufficient heat to prevent oxidation when leaving the furnace by passing through the water cooled exit chamber
- Processing temperature 860C
- Power rating 60kW
- Design is capable of annealing 1000kg of silver sheet/hour
Continuous Mesh Belt Conveyor Furnace - For bright annealing of austentitic stainless and nickel alloys in a nitrogen & hydrogen atmosphere
- Gas inlet points located at the end of the heated section of the furnace retort
- Rated to process 100kg/hour
- Maximum operating temperature: 1200C (maximum belt temperature: 1150C)
- On leaving the retort, the products pass through a 6.5m cooled section
- Maximum power: 43kW
Mesh belt sintering line - Continuous mesh belt furnace with de-waxer, water cooling jacket, common framework, belt & drive system
- For de-waxing & sintering of a wide range of powder metal products
- Maximum temperature: furnace - 1200C
- Maximum temperature: belt & retort - 1150C
- Maximum temperature: de-waxer retort - 900C
- Belt speed: 50 - 300mm/minute (variable)
- Power rating: 120kW
