Roller hearth furnace for firing of ceramic batts
  • A 4-zone furnace balanced over 2 preheat zones and 2 high temperature zones with separate unheated cooling zone
  • Loading and unloading is assisted by the provision of roller tables at both ends
  • Over all length (excluding roller tables) : 9 metres
  • Overall dimensions : 300mm (h) x 1100mm (w)
  • Throughput : 85kg/hour
  • The power driven rollers are stainless steel in the low temperature zones and silicon carbide rollers in zones above 1000C
  • Heating elements positioned above and below the rollers are either wire or silicon rods, depending on the temperature required
  • Maximum operating temperature 1350C
  • Power rating 120kW
