Description

 

Colourless, odourless sanitizer for use in the food and beverage industries. Suitable for open plant, spiral chiller, building fabric, tunnel pasteurisers & confined spaces. A patented technology based upon the attachment of more than one biocide to a polymer backbone.

 

Key features

 

Has a broad spectrum kill, effective against bacteria, yeasts, fungi, spores & offers odour control. Demonstrates residual efficacy after rinsing and drying for days and even weeks.

Significant tests include: CCFRA, EN1276,

Effective against: Escherichia coli 0157:H157, Legionella pneumophila, Listeria monocytogenes, MRSA, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella enteritidis.

Application Instructions

 

  • Ensure surfaces are visibly clean.
  • Should be used at 5% v/v solution giving a neutral pH.
  • The product is suitable for use through various types of application equipment as determined by your Byotrol Technician.
  • When applied as a 'fog', collateral benefits include ancillary items such as tables,
  • conveyors and all types of equipment within the food and beverage industries.

Product Compatibility

 

Byotrol products are safe and effective on most materials of construction.

Used as directed, it will not adversely affect materials commonly in use within the Food and Beverage industry including stainless steel, aluminium, galvanised or chrome finishes, rubber, wood and plastics.

 

To maximise and maintain efficiency, and for safety reasons, this product should never be mixed with other chemicals.
