Thermo´s KingFisher technology is a breakthrough innovation to purify DNA, RNA, proteins or cells with the speed and accuracy no one else even closely matches. It uses a simple idea of shifting magnetic particles through purification phases but gives excellent results with no cross contamination nor reagent carry over. The KingFisher mL is ideally suited to high-volume samples of 50 µl to 1 ml, with up to fifteen samples per run.

Thermo KingFisher mL allows all purification and processing steps of extended volumes to be carried out in a strip of five tubes. The volume range of KingFisher mL starts from 1000 µl, and it is possible to go as low as 50 µl to release target molecules. This flexible format enables cells and proteins from larger starting volumes to be isolated with simultaneous concentration. Additionally, KingFisher mL is ideal for clinical and research laboratories that isolate larger amounts of genomic DNA with magnetic particle methods.
